GreaT Source Proteins
I consider eggs as a high biological value protein source and therefore I take them at least once a day. However, I don't have time for cooking or baking eggs, so this shake is a perfect choice for me during the day as a replacement meal. I bought this by recommendation and I must say I am really satisfied. Taste is much better than any other I ve tried before. Highly recommended to anyone involved in sports!
